"I just wanted to pass on a heartfelt thank you for all you did with us this year on the Crew Chief Club promotion.  I have to be honest with you, when this idea was first explained to us, I was not "on board" with it.  However, as we started to see what it was all about, and saw the response from the customers, well, I guess you can say I've drank the Kool Aid.  Or is it drunk the Kool Aid?  Whatever it is, hit me again!  The District Sales Managers, Outside Sales people and technicians I've spoken to all really enjoyed the Ticket to Training, and the VIP Weekend for the jobber customers?  All I know is everyone who went was completely floored by the experience.  It was truly a VIP experience.  After all, it's not everyday you meet one of the captains from "The Deadliest Catch" at a NASCAR race!
